If I wear a sports bra at night, will my breasts be less saggy?

Im a 36D and i have saggy boobs. I usually wear my regular bra at night, just for support, but would wearing a sports bra to bed be more effective with helping my boobs to be less saggy?
thanks!

Absolutely, categorically, not.

There is absolutely no benefit to wearing any kind of bra in bed – in fact as others have said if anything it is likely to do more harm than good. Wearing a wired or tight bra in particular is bad news – it will pull at your skin as you move in the night and can stretch the skin and so increase sagging.

The fact is that ALL breasts sag sooner or later – how soon and how much is driven by three things – genetics, pregnancy, and weight gain/loss. It has nothing to do with what bra you do or don’t wear, in bed or otherwise – there is ZERO scientific evidence to show wearing a bra prevents or reduces sagging, and I mean zero. If anyone can post evidence to the contrary, feel free! Round about now someone is dying to talk about National Geographic – do try to surpress it. For one thing they will have been pregnant and/or breast feeding for more than half their post-pubescent lives, and for another those amazing sag-free western women you’re comparing them with are… wearing bras?! Duh!

I strongly encourage you to abandon any kind of bra at night – it will do nothing of use – and wear one during the day only when you need to. What you see as ‘saggy’ is in fact just the natural shape of natural breasts – it doesn’t make them less beautiful, attractive, or sexy if that’s what you’re worried about I promise you. It is not reversible, it is not avoidable, it is just natural – not a problem, not a turn-off, not anything you should worry about in my humble opinion! :) Stay smiley!

if you wear a bra in bed at night then your boobs wont get used to being natural, and then they will be even saggier when you take it off

If you wear a bra at night it stops circulation and causes breast cancer. So I wouldn’t wear one to bed if i were you. Also. a wired bra or a push up bra gives you more support. So wear one of those during the day. Just DO NOT wear one to bed! After you take your bra off when you go to bed massage them to get the circulation going. But don’t worry you can still wear a bra lolz!

Wearing a sports bra at night is FINE. You will NOT be saggier or get breast cancer. That is ridiculous. Breasts sag due to size and gravity so the more they are supported, the better they will be! I often wear a sports bra to bed (esp when I have PMS and they get sore). I have huge boobs and this has been very helpful for me. Even though I have really large breasts, they’re not as saggy as one would think. I personally believe it’s because I always wear a good bra and yes, I sometimes sleep with one!!! Tiny breasted girls have no idea what we go thru…

Find a comfy one with no underwires. Look for the hanes ones. Wash, hang dry at Walmart. Mine was pink on one side, white on the other/reversible wear! It was nice until it shrunk up to much.
Comfy to sleep in. They also had Danskin ones, just as comfortable. Mine was like $9.99 plus tax.

Or you could find a tank top with built in shelf bra for sleepin in. Unknown on the price.
