School bus lighting help?

I bought a school bus about 2 years ago at an auction, i got it home and started working on it. I took out all of the seats and put bunk beds in and put a deck on top for Nascar the last thing i did was to paint it blue because who wants just a regular yellow school bus when you can have a blue one. But anyways when i got it the caution/warning lights didn’t work and they took the stop sign off of it. I tried to see if they disconnected the wires to the lights but they didn’t do that i just want the red ones to work, not the red and yellow ones how would I get the lights to work?

it’s illegal to to have them working, so they are dismantled before sale…
