A teacup hook can be found at any home improvement store or Wal-Mart (it looks like Captain Hook's hand and the end of the hook that would be the arm has grooves like a screw). To screw it into the ceiling, hold onto the hook, and just screw it in. It takes a bit of pressure to get it started.
