Most women want to have a great body and most of these women will agree they need to make changes in their life to get there.
Well, they are mostly right. With the obesity population growing every day and the temptation of today’s poor quality, unhealthy foods and lack of exercise… what separates the very small population of women with great tight bodies from those with “normal” “average” or “large” bodies?
Quite a few things seperates the serious ladies from the wannabes.
1. Fitness dedication. The women you see walking around with great definition, a slim waist, and legs to die for is serious with her workouts. The only thing that keeps her from the gym is being sick. She treats her gym time as any other scheduled appointment. And if for some reason her schedule gets out of control she will make up her lost time (perhaps working out on the normal off day).
2.Nutritious diet plan. For the most part you will not see your dream body eating ice cream or fried chicken. Her diet will consist of lean meats, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats (unsaturated oils and Omega-3s). Sugar is considered a treat. Treats are not something that is expected after dinner but a once a week special goodie. Another secret is that she will probably know that eating 4-6 small meals per day is much more efficient then eating 3 huge meals (never skip breakfast).
3.Good Genes. Unfortunately not all women are blessed with the ability to have a 6-pack stomach or shaply amazing arms. Your parents are the ones to thank for this. The perfect woman is lucky and hopefully thanks her family everyday for passing on these envied traits. You will still make huge strides and improvements but if everyone in your family is pear-shaped then there is just no real way of changing. Understand limitations.
4.Knows the value of rest. Even for avid workout women, if you do not get the rest you need your body will not have time to repair and rebuild. The tight, toned woman on the other hand knows this and not only gets the recommended 6-8 hours of sleep per night, but also refuses to work the same muscle groups on back-to-back days. She is mentally refreshed and physically refreshed.
5.Believe in the power of the body. Your body is a powerful and can do amazing things. I have seen on several occasions obese people transform themselves into hot bodies! But you have to believe in yourself. No matter the workout, the mind is the most powerful tool of influence. Toned, muscular women know this. They picture their body and imagine what they can do to it through exercise and nutrition. It is never better than today to set your goals and believe you can carry it out!
