I want to buy a daybed but i also want a trundle under it but the daybed i want doesn’t say Daybed with trundle so could i just buy a seperate trundle bed and slide it under or will it not fit?
Won’t fit. A trundle bed, and it’s hardware, is designed to fit under a specific day bed. And I’ve never seen a separate "trundle bed" sold.
Can you buy a seperate Trundle and roll it under any daybed?

you used to could buy roll-a-way beds that would fit under a day bed. don’t know if they are still available. you might google it.
