Kilts as Fashion Statements

Even thought the Kilt is a traditional dress of the Scots. It could be an huge fashion statement since the kilt does look like a skirt it could be used as a fashion statement. Celibraties have worn kilts for multiple reasons some to celibraties there heritage such as Sean Connery and other wore kilts to show some other statement such as Marc Jacobs the famous fashion designer. Rocker Axel Rose also wore a kilt over jeans during rock videos and concerts and it is actually in display at the Rock n Roll hall of fame. I know Rose is a Scottish name but I don’t know what made him do it. Well I am sure that it does make a fashion statement but I hope it also brings out the statement that they are proud Scots.
