We would like to protect one side with the same way how normally a toddler bed is protected. I would like to know what I should ask in the shop to provide this side protection as part of the king bed.

They sell side protectors for beds, my son had one for his bed. We got it from walmart for like 10 bucks. Or you can push your bed up against a wall.

How old is your child? My son has always occasionaly slept with me and he has never rolled out of bed.. but i wouldnt be to sure about a child under 2.

Maybe I wasn’t clear. I’m pushing two twin beds together for company and heard there is a connector/foam rubber piece that can be bought to smooth the mattress across so there’s no crevasse. I don’t know where to buy that connector?

It probably won’t fit right.

A California king is 4" longer in length and 4" more narrow in width than a regular king.

a regular king is 76" x 80"
a California king is 72" x 84"

They would be the same width if the twins are the 3′ wide size, but maybe 6" shorter. Normal twin beds are usually 6’2" long and king beds 6’8"
