what is the width and length for king size bedding?

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by admin in king bedding | 1 Comment »

thanx!
I need to know so i can make a quilt…. so yes i mean like the size of a sheet or a blanket … thanx!

I’m assuming you are talking about mattress size, not sheet/comforter bedding sizes. There are different types of king mattresses, but you can find the standard sizes here:

help finding a bedding?

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by admin in bedding ensembles | 2 Comments »

i would like to "semi-redo" my room this summer, im getting new carpeting but i dont want to repaint my walls. one wall is a pink-ish color and the other three walls are green. i want to get a new bed spread that is gold and has hints of green and pink in it. probably a floral design. i have found some but none that i adore. if you could find some or suggest websites to look at that would be great!
here are the ones i have found already

What size bedding fits a toddler bed w/crib mattress?

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by admin in toddler bedding | 15 Comments »

I want twin size sheets & quilt from PBkids but don’t know if they would fit correctly.
Thanks to those who addressed the issue of safety which was at the heart of my question. Please save the rude replies for someone with more time.

It will be labeled as "toddler bedding" and will fit a crib size mattress. Twin bedding will be too big for a crib mattress.

Try Walmart or Babies R US or Target.

mari

is it good or bad to wear a sports bra to bed?

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by admin in sports bedding | 37 Comments »

would it cause my boobs from sagging or will it cause breast cancer

It’s not good and it’s not bad…You can wear them if you want but it doesn’t cause anything to happen to yourself.
I don’t think you should wear any types of bra to bed?
Just wear a simple tank top….with a t-shirt?
=P Just my opinion.

What type of bedding do you like best for hamsters?

Posted on August 31st, 2009 by admin in bedding | 10 Comments »

Has anyone tried the shaved pine for hamster bedding? I found some but it looks like pine dust instead of shavings? What do you think?

i don’t understand why people are getting thumbs down on the use of cedar and pine, some people like to argue "oh, it has never hurt my hamsters, and its fine for you too!" this is completely wrong, cedar and pine releases toxins into the air when urinated on, and over time cause respiratory problems, and if long enough, death, its so sad but its so preventable, you should never purchase cedar or pine wood shavings or dust, any type of dust shouldn’t be used because it gets in the hamster’s eyes, and can cause repiratory problems

the ONLY wood shavings you should be using are aspen wood shavings, they are safe for the hammy, and absorb odor fairly well, its also fairly cheap, the only downside to this is that sometimes there can be a particularly sharp piece, and can cause cuts on your hammy’s feet =\

my favorite type of bedding by far is carefresh, it is the best as absorbing smell, making a soft bed, and it comes in bigger pieces so it won’t get kicked out of the wire cage as much as other bedding will, the only downside is that it can be a tad expensive, but its really worth it

yesterday’s news is also a very good bedding, it is made of recycled newspaper, it is soft, absorbent, and has other good characteristics like carefresh, downside being that it isn’t as widely available as carefresh is, and i have yet to find it in a pet store near me

timothy hay is another bedding widely used, its probably the cheapest bedding to buy, but I personally don’t like timothy hay, it doesn’t help with smell, it is ALWAYS getting kicked out of the cage, and the sharp edges of the hay can cut the hamsters feet

there are also pellet forms of bedding, I have never used this kind, but its fairly inexpensive, plus it is very good at absorbing odors, the only thing i can think about it that would be bad, is it probably would get kicked out the cage constantly because of its small size

oh btw, don’t use newspaper either, the ink on the paper is bad for the hamsters if they ingest it, some hamsters don’t have a problem, but most die from ink poisoning, so don’t run the risk with your hamster and don’t use newspaper

EDIT: THANK YOU hamsterzgurl for just copying my answer, thats really mature, and is against the rules

why are the networks forcing sorry golf and nascar down veiwers throats..?

baltimore’s local tv broadcast nothing but crap..especialy on the weekends….I’d rather watch dog poop drying on my lawn then golf or race cars!!.are they in bed with the cable companies to force me to pay for twenty channels I don’t want to get the handful I like???

Hey, I hear you, and I know where you are coming from. I hate car races, and golf.
Racing cars is a waste of time, wasting gasoline and fuel, and putting human lives at risk. It is amazing, what some jerks will do for a few dollars. They’re crazy.
Golf…. eeewww, it is not really a sport, just a pasttime, that a few nuts like to do. They hit their balls, walk, hit their balls, walk, hit their balls, walk, etc. There’s no point in it.
I have sattelite dish, and there is a whole channel just for Golf.
Thank god I have the dish because I can get over 200 channels, and there is always a selection on there that I can watch. I never watch that stupid Golf channel, because lately, they only talk about one guy, and you probably know who that is…. eeeewwwww….!!!!
